We believe the most valuable thing a professional, a brand, or a company can own in the age of agents is a faithful, machine-readable representation of themselves.
AI agents are multiplying across every surface of work — drafting, researching, communicating, recommending, transacting. But they're doing it without knowing who they're working for. Every session starts from zero. Every tool gets a blank canvas. The agent drafts your proposal but it could be anyone's proposal. The system writes in your voice but it sounds like nobody in particular. There's no persistent layer that carries your taste, your principles, your positioning, or your sense of what matters — across tools, across agents, across time.
The result is the personality gap: AI that is capable but not authentic, productive but not representative. Agents that generate correct output in the wrong voice.
The infrastructure beneath this is converging fast. Protocols now standardize how agents connect to tools, how agents talk to each other, and how commerce happens without human mediation. Agentic shopping agents are already compressing entire purchase decisions into a single retrieval event — brands that don't exist in the agent's information set, with structured machine-readable data, simply don't get considered. The same logic is coming for people. Work is becoming parallel and long-running by default. An agent isn't a query you send and wait for — it's ongoing work running across background threads, drawing on a shared understanding of who you are and what you're trying to accomplish. The bottleneck has shifted from getting output to coordinating identity across everything that runs on your behalf.
What's missing is memory. AI creation — and AI work — lives in what one founder called "an algorithmically ephemeral, context-stripped, memoryless state." There's no archive of how your taste was formed, no record of what you rejected and why, no lineage of the decisions that made your voice what it is. Without that substrate, agents can't distinguish the person from the average. They optimize for the center of the distribution because there's nothing else to optimize for.
We're building identity infrastructure for the agentic era. Not a profile. Not a chatbot. A living, machine-readable layer that captures your voice, your aesthetic sensibility, your values, your working principles, your professional positioning — and makes it queryable by any authorized agent at runtime. It doesn't start with a form you fill out. It accumulates from evidence: the edits you make, the work you keep, the directions you cut, the choices you make under pressure. It grows richer over time. It follows you across every tool. When a brand builds this layer, every agent acting on their behalf expresses the same positioning, the same voice, the same truth. When a professional builds it, every parallel thread running in the background actually sounds like them.
The product becomes the network when enough professionals and brands have identity layers. Genuine alignment — aesthetic, professional, values-based — becomes navigable for the first time. A brand's agent can find a collaborator whose taste profile actually fits, not whose keywords match. A creative professional's agent can evaluate an inbound opportunity against their real values, not their job title. Two people can begin collaborating from a foundation of actual mutual understanding, established agent-to-agent before they ever speak. The discovery that used to take months of cold outreach and failed first meetings gets compressed into signal — and the conversation that follows starts three levels deeper.
Every era of communication infrastructure was neutral at the transport layer and identity-rich at the human layer. The internet moved packets; people brought meaning. That distinction is collapsing. Agents now carry meaning on behalf of people and brands — in commerce, in collaboration, in creative work. The infrastructure that tells those agents who they're representing has to exist somewhere. We're building it as open infrastructure: portable, composable, owned by the people it represents. Not a platform that captures your identity. A layer that finally makes it yours.
Agents stop being generic assistants. They become authentic representatives.
